  1. The following candidates have been provisionally selected for the post of Store Keeper Technical (SKT) against Advt No. 02/2022. bro.gov.in Admit Card Released

on 1st Upgradation subject to fulfilment of Medical Examination and submission & verification of documents.

  1. The following candidates are hereby advised to report at BN Gate, BRO School & Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15 on the date mentioned against each candidate at 0900 hrs along with the following documents

  • Attestation Form Bilingual only. May please download it from the BRO official website bro.gov.in

 

  • The candidate must ensure that the Attestation Form is filled correctly in all respects. Some related guidelines for filling in the Attestation Form are given below: –

 

  • Photograph on Page No. 01 must be attested by an Officer as mentioned on Page No. 05 of the Attestation Form duly enfacing with his name & designation stamp.

 

  • At the specified location in page No. 06 of the attestation form will be signed by the officer who has attested the photograph affixed on page No. 01.

 

  • The officer should know the candidate for a minimum of one year. The officer should sign the form duly mentioning the identification period and enfacing his name & designation seal along with the concerned office seal/round seal (mandatory)

 

  • Proof of Residence. Domicile certificate showing permanent residential address, issued by the competent authority. In the case of Gorkhas of Indian Domicile, a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) is issued by the competent authority.

 

  • Educational qualification. Original Mark sheet, certificate of 10th class, and other education qualifications, which you have mentioned in your application form.

 

  • Caste Certificate. Original Certificate of SC, ST, EWS and OBC Caste as per specified format of Govt of India duly signed by competent authority with his name & designation stamp and office round seal (mandatory) affixed on the place provided.

 

  • Concerning OBC candidates, the guidelines of Govt of India regarding creamy layer status be strictly followed.

 

  • The Latest Format of the Caste Certificate can be downloaded from the BRO website bro.gov.in.

 

  • Proof of Marriage. Candidates, who are married, are advised to produce a marriage certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of induction.

 

  • (Claim in respect of age relaxation. Any candidate who is claiming age relaxation should bring an original certificate in the specified format of Govt of India.

Ex-Serviceman.

  • A candidate who had applied under the Ex-serviceman category should bring an original certificate related to the Ex-serviceman issued by the competent authority.

 

  • No Objection Certificate. If any individual has applied while serving with another department, he should bring an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent authority.

 

  • 10 (ten) Nos recent coloured passport size photos or photographs which were affixed by you in the application Form. Page 2 of 4.

 

Medical Examination: –

  • You will have to undergo a medical examination by the Medical Board of Officers from GREF/Armed Forces at BRO School & Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15. The physical standard and medical examination will be carried out as per the approved Standard Operating Procedure for recruitment in this department.

 

  • Candidates declared permanent UNFIT by the Medical Board of Officers due to being below physical standards concerning height, no appeal can be made against physical measurements.

However, if you are found temporary/permanent unfit due to any other physical and medical reasons, you will have the right to appeal against the said medical examination within 60 days of declaring temporary/permanent unfit.

 

  • You will have to report for medical review at BRO School & Centre, Pune 05 days in advance and the same will be conducted at Military Hospital, Pune only.

 

  • Medical examination may take approximately one week time. During this period, you will have to make your arrangements for your stay and food. All expenditures towards your journey, lodging/boarding and food will be borne by you.

 

  1. Candidate is hereby advised to bring mandatory documents such as Bank Pass Book (preferably SBI), Cheque book, NEFT Mandate form, AADHAR Card, PAN card and NPS subscriber registration form (CRSF 1.5 Ver), downloaded by Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) – NSDL (cra.nsdl.com).

 

  1. Delay in Recruitment. During the initial checking of your above essential documents, if you fail to produce any document or any discrepancy is found in them, you will not be allowed to undergo medical examination.

 

  1. You will be responsible for the delay in your recruitment on this account.

 

  1. Your appointment is subject to producing all the above-mentioned requisite documents and declaring fit in medical examination.

 

  1. Training after Appointment. If you are finally appointed, you will undergo training at BRO School & Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15 for a specified duration.

 

  1. Cancellation of Candidature. If any, candidate is absent on the date of reporting for the Medical Examination or during the Medical Examination or does not report for the Medical Review within the prescribed time limit, his candidature shall be cancelled automatically. No presentation/appeal in this regard will be entertained by the department.

 

  1. No Representation/Application. No representation/application for change of date of Primary Medical Examination will be accepted/entertained by BRO School & Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15.

 

  1. You are to bring the following investigations of yours from any Government/Government approved /CGHS/ECHS Hospital or laboratory: –

 

i) CBC (Complete blood count)

 

ii) Urine RE & ME

 

  1. c) Blood Grouping & RH typing THE INVESTIGATION SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 01 (ONE) MONTH OLDER FROM THE DAY OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
  2. Also ensure that: –
  3. a) Your ear wax is cleaned so that your eardrum (TM) is visible during ear examination.
  4. b) Those who use glasses for vision should bring them as vision will be tested both with & without glasses.
  5. c) In case you have undergone any major surgery, please bring the medical documents related to it.
  6. d) If you are not a Sikh candidate, please come with a clean shaved beard.
  7. e) You have to come mentally prepared for the examination of private parts (for males done by a male doctor and for females done by a female doctor) and ensure that they are clean and adequately shaved.
  8. f) You are groomed properly and you come bathed to avoid the inconvenience of body odor to others.
  9. g) You meet the minimum height, weight and chest standards of your region to avoid wastage of money and time at your end.
